I've make a PKGBUILD which support nls for fluxbox, if the maintainer could do, I could copy to hime. Because I'm a Chinese, I need the support to display Chinese words.

I checked the source of the current 0.9.14 and this patch can't apply. I --enable-nls nevertheless. Hope that helps for non English users.
