DetailsIf package foo providing bar is both in testing and non-testing repo, package baz (from a non-testing repo, like [extra]) that depends on bar will, according to the package search interface, depend on [testing] version of foo.
Examples: * accountsservice 0.6.25-1 depends on systemd 194-4 instead of systemd 194-3 * pygtk 2.24.0-3 depends on python2-gobject2 2.28.6-7 instead of python2-gobject2 2.28.6-6. Click (or mouse over) to see for yourself. pacman installs the correct versions, so it's just a glitch in the web interface that might lead to some confusion. |
