Description:
Hello!
I'm using Intel HD3000, KDE 4.9.2, Mesa 9.0 and it's much slower than with mesa 8.0.4 in KWin with OpenGL backend and with VSync enabled, and you can see tearing. Not sure if this mesa or kwin bug.
It's better to revert mesa to 8.0.4 I suppose.

Install KDE
Install Mesa 9.0
