Confirmed. Please also rename /usr/share/doc/CEGUI to /usr/share/doc/cegui for consistency.

That's not consistent. The other dirs are named in capitals as well and also that should be up to upstream to decide. Capitals are consistent with OGRE as well which is closely related to cegui. I'm going to split the docs, though.
