Description:

The package contains a patch that modifies /etc/ati/authatieventsd.sh so it autheticates atieventsd properly.
In order to also work with GDM, it has to be additionally modified as described on post #4358 in this thread:

Is there a problem committing this?
I have tested the solution and it's working well.
You can find attached an updated version of the patch.
You will also need to uncomment this line in the PKGBUILD:

# patch -Np2 -i fglrx-authfile-locations.patch
   fglrx-authfile-locations.patch (1 KiB)
