Description:

systemd service file does not create /run/postgresql

Additional info:
* 9.2.1-2
* /usr/lib/systemd/system/postgresql


Steps to reproduce:

restart postgresql. Fails without something like:

ExecStartPre=/usr/bin/mkdir -p /run/postgresql
ExecStartPre=/usr/bin/chown postgres:postgres /run/postgresql

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  The directory is created by tmpfiles, either on boot or by running systemd-tmpfiles --create postgresql.conf.
