Details

Description:
When packaging go, the include files in the tarball are not copied to /usr/lib/go/include.
This can create problems when invoking go tools.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 2:1.0.3-1
* config and/or log files etc.
> go tool dist: $GOROOT is not set correctly or not exported
> GOROOT=/usr/lib/go
> /usr/lib/go/include/u.h does not exist
> go tool dist: exit status 1

Steps to reproduce:
Try running go tool dist.
