Description:

Using net-auto-wireless when resuming laptop from a sleep state, wpa_actiond inexplicably disconnects wlan interface from network. Happens on open and secure networks alike, across security types.

Configuration is not the issue, as starting the daemon normally connects to the network without problem, and using netcfg scripts without wpa_actiond also yields no problems.

Additional info:

* Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN [Kedron] Network Connection
* Kernel Driver in Use: iwl4965
* netcfg v2.8.10
* wpa_actiond v1.3-1
* Last 10 log lines leading into disconnect attached
* Thread on Arch forum: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=149978

Steps to reproduce:

Start net-auto-wireless
Suspend PC
Resume PC

Are you using systemd? With systemd the pm-utils suspend hooks are useless. Netcfg needs to put a new script into /usr/lib/systemd/system-sleep/.

I'm using SysV initscripts

Does it happen with systemd?
