Details

Description: Make the docs an optional package to save space since most users never touch these.
Patch attached.

Note - I am not sure if my use of cp is correct here but I do not know what the directory equivalent of install is for this purpose. If there is a smarter way to accomplish this, I interested to learn it.

Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  see also  FS#28655  - we stay in one major pkg in Arch in most cases. the benefit in size wouldn't be that huge to be worth it.
