Details

Description:
If you go into Konsole and set the encoding to Unicode -> UTF-16 then try to type anything in the console, each character produces a spam of chinese characters including typing normal letters, arrow keys, and the enter key.

Additional info:
* package version: 4.9.1-1


Steps to reproduce:
Just set Konsole (KDE) encoding to Unicode -> UTF-16
