Updating from virtualbox-archlinux-modules-4.1.22-1 to virtualbox-guest-modules-4.2.0-2 breaks 3D acceleration on the guest and disables guest additions functionality, as reported in: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=149255 Manually adding the udev rules used by virtualbox-archlinux-modules-4.1.22-1 restores missing functionality. Additional info: * package version(s) 4.2.0-2 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: - Update packages, reboot, start X and check if 3D acceleration is working: [user@host ~]$ glxinfo | grep OpenGL OpenGL Warning: Failed to connect to host. Shipping it with the three will force a conflict between them which don't exists today. Any tought?
