Details

If a pre-existing checksum array has the "SKIP" value in it, use "SKIP" in the "makepkg -g" output too.

Difficulty... If the source array changes size, how do we align the "SKIP" values?

Maybe SKIP shouldn't be in the checksums but rather in the sources array?

Something like "SKIP:<url>", possibly with a different identifier than SKIP to make it more obvious that it's just skipping the checksum.
