kdemultimedia requires a patch in order to build against the
new glibc's build of byteorder.h.
the patch can be found in lfs databases. |

sed -i "s:-ansi::g" kscd/libwm/Makefile
sed -i "s:-ansi::g" mpeglib/lib/input/Makefile
sed -i "s:-pedantic::g" mpeglib/lib/input/Makefile
the patch does the same thing AFAIK. I build the kdemultimedia in extra with glibc-2.3.2 & kernel 2.6.1 & it keeps on building here :).
Pls confirm that my sed lines work & try building it or else I'll check it out...
