DetailsGnomePowerManager needs the libdbus-1.la and libdbus-glib.la which do NOT exist on my fresh copy of dbus on Arch Linux (official dibus package from your Testing repo). Without these files it doesn't build.

It does build on my clean installed system with testing, after removing docbook2man from the makefiles (we don't have that program in the repositories). Please read the frontpage about operation libtool-slay and you'll find out that testing is full of packages without .la files and if you upgrade one, you need to upgrade all.
