Are you sure upstream provides one? https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/
'youtube-dl -h' gives plenty of info.

A manpage is included in the upstream package, e.g.

https://yt-dl.org/downloads/2013.10.06/youtube-dl-2013.10.06.tar.gz

contains youtube-dl.1

@falconindy: You should probably just install the manpage, or do you want upstream to put it into the install target?
