man-pages: source doesn't work. replace with ftp://ftp.win.tue.nl/pub/linux-local/manpages/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz
bin86: 0.16.12 no more available, get bin86-0.16.14
groff: 1.19 not available yet
modutils: ftp source doesn't work for me, http does (http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/$pkgname/v2.4/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.bz2).
pciutils: ftp source doesn't work, http does (http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/utils/$pkgname/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.bz2)

- bin86 is upgraded
- source urls for man-pages, modutils, and pciutils work fine for me
- we'll have to wait out the groff issue til Gnu finds their source code
