After update to version 4.0.0.8-2 skype ignores commandline options

Steps to reproduce:
type in console 'skype --help' -- no output in console
type in console 'mkdir ~/Skype2 && skype --dbpath=~/Skype2' -- ~/.Skype will be used instead
