Details* Add proper tmpfiles.d to wotk with both initscripts and systemd [apcupsd-tmpfiles.conf]
* Remove rm -f from rc.d [apcupsd-rcd.patch] * (optional) add a feature to killpower of the APC on shutdown [apcupsd-killpower] this should be placed to /usr/lib/systemd/system-shutdown and must be executable |

I don't think the killpower feature should be enforced on the user. Personally I don't want to automatically poweroff the apc in any situation.
