Description:
*cups* depends on *libsystemd*. So, this package is installed (and systemd-tools) even for non-user of systemd.

Should there not be an *optional dependency* instead?

Moreover, now, pacman asks to replace libsystemd and systemd-tools by systemd himself :
:: Replace libsystemd with core/systemd? [Y/n] n
:: Replace systemd-tools with core/systemd? [Y/n] n

Version:
* cups : 1.6.1-5

Our cups has systemd socket activation support so libsystemd is needed. It won't start without it, even on sysvinit. As Archlinux wants to switch to systemd anyway this is not an issue.
