I have downgraded glibc packages with 2.16.0-3 version.

[root@desk pkg]# pacman -U glibc-2.16.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
[root@desk pkg]# pacman -U lib32-glibc-2.16.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

KDE is starting correctly.

Is this a kde or glibc problem, or neither?
