DetailsWhen I upgraded my Dell Precision M4400 laptop from linux kernel version 3.4.9 to 3.5.3, suspending began to fail with the screen shutting off, but the keyboard lights and power light remaining on, with there being no way to resume the machine. This began to work again when I downgraded the kernel to 3.4.9 again.
I'm not entirely sure I can provide appropriate technical detail (nothing relevant popped up in any of the logs I found, with pm-suspend just not having a resume section), but the IRC channel said I should post the bug and an lspci log (attached.) |

If it is relevant, I am using the Nouveau driver for the NVIDIA card on this system, and have VirtualBox installed (since both of those affect kernel modules).
