* replace su by polkit * fix desktop file Attached files original path: * /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.archlinux.pkexec.gsmartcontrol.policy * /usr/share/applications/gsmartcontrol.desktop What will happen if it will be modified: * User will click at: Menu > Utulities > GSmartControl * User will must put a password of administrator (not root password) * User have full-working program on his screen This is very simmilar to mechanism of gparted launcher.. |

Does the version here work? http://pkgbuild.com/~jelle/ I don't use a DE so couldn't test. Tested in VM with Gnome works nicely! Thanks :)
