Not sure if it's a bug or a mistake on my end but i thought I would report it just incase. I made a symbolic link and it started working again. "ln -s /usr/lib/libcairo.so /usr/lib/libcairo.so.1" |

The only "bug" at this moment is that evince, poppler and libsvg don't work, but those require recompilation anyways.
