Description:
cronie reports:

(CRON) bad command (/etc/cron.d/atop)

This has been introduced with  FS#26639  I think, so we need a solution that works with all cron daemons.

My suggestion would be to drop /etc/cron.d/atop and move /etc/atop/atop.daily to /etc/cron.daily/atop.
