I got this error message while upgrading irqbalance: (1/1) checking for file conflicts [---------------------------------------] 100% error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) irqbalance: /usr/lib/systemd/system/irqbalance.service exists in filesystem Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. After a pacman -Qo /usr/lib/systemd/system/irqbalance.service it shows up systemd-arch-utils owns the package. Now, if I uninstall systemd-arch-units, upgrade irqbalance and then try to reinstall this package, I will have the same error message as above. Additional info: * package version(s) systemd-arch-units: 20120704-2 irqbalance: 1.0.3.20110809-1 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Install either one of the above packages, then try to install the other one. |

A week or so ago I had the same issue with dhcpcd and that was the very same thing Tom G. said when I wrote to the mailing list; however that time it took only few hours to get this package synced.
As today I still have the issue with up-to-date community repos - updated with reflector; if this is only a matter of time, I report back when this is solved so we can close this task.
