Description: I've set up an Arch Linux server which I'm accessing via a Gnome 3 session over vnc. However when I connect, every time I press the "up" button the currently selected window maximizes. Other people appear to be experiencing this issue as well:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=682916

I do not have the same issue if I don't use a gnome session.

The presence of this in Debian indicates that this is probably an upstream bug.
