Description:
ABS is missing the dependency on wget in the PKGBUILD and will fail if installed with pacman.

Steps to reproduce:

Remove wget (if in installed), install ABS with pacman, run the "abs" script.

abs now uses curl, but will fallback to wget in the bizzare case that curl isn't available.
