Description:
According to http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/timedated the "ntp.list" should be installed in "/usr/lib/systemd/ntp-units.d/" to be found by timedated.
At the moment it is installed in "/usr/lib/ntp-units.d/".
