Description:
In a minimal install: It seems iproute2 is actually providing by the initscript package, itself providing by the base groupe. To do a pure systemd install and to be more clean, it would be better to add a dependency from the base group to iproute2, as iproute2 is the core network config utility (and remove the dependency from initscript). |

Well we don't need to remove dependencies. But it would really
make sense to add iproute2 to the base group if we want to make
systemd the default.

Given the recent change making systemd the default on new
installations, this is probably necessary, especially given that
not everyone gets their addresses via DHCP.
