Description:
Option is called ConditionFileIsExecutable whereas ConditionPathIsExecutable is used.
systemctl status rc.local.service reports Path version as unknown option and skips it.

Steps to reproduce:
systemd Arch with initscripts installed and rc-local.service/rc-local-shutdown.service enabled.
systemctl show rc-local.service
systemctl status rc-local.service
   initscripts.diff (0.8 KiB)
