Description:
E17 desktop environment have missed xkb layout configuration within xkbswitch; setxkbmap command works well but there is no standard way to use it as a startup script/app instead built-in configuration tools.

Additional comments about closing:  Think I fixed this when I moved to the stable enlightenment releases that are in [extra]. Re-open if this is not the case.
