Description:
icoutils need per-libwww>=5.64 to install using pacman but the actual perl-libwww is 6.04, i sugest repackage/recompile against the 6.04 or if work w no compiling, remove the ver specific, or add another package that suppli the 5.64 ver (either add a perl-libwww5 or a provide in perl-libwww)

Additional info:
* icoutils 0.29.1-2

Steps to reproduce:
run 'pacman -S icoutils' and see the dep conflict
(test 13/aug/2012 1:10AM CLST)

ok Finally I discover the problem and not is the package, so sorry, close this one
but I explain the problem wass pacman, using wget or curl as an alternative downloadmanager pacman download databases from 2 different mirrors (the retry and continue to next mirror, more visible in wget), this make the error due to pacman not verify database integriti, only in packages
