Description:

freeradius.install, in pre_remove() attempts to stop freeradius using iniscripts (`/etc/rc.d/radiusd stop`), however, iniscripts is not a dependency of freeradius and should to be assumed to be installed.

An error is shown while uninstalling freeradius on a systemd-based system as a result.
