Description:

pcre-8.31-1 package doesn't contain libpcre.so.0, kismet-2011_03_R2-4 needs to be recompiled with the current version of this library.

On my system this binary is linked to libpcre.so.1, which is the current library version. I guess you didn't install the official package, but compile it yourself against an outdated version of pcre.

Same here. Kismet doesn't link to libpcre.so.0

JGC, you are right: I've another version on /usr/local/bin/, but I really don't remember to had compiled Kismet manually... it's funny :?
