as Arch Linux doesn't seem to have branding issues with Mozilla Foundation, it would be nice if the Thunderbird package would had its default X Windows brand icon present. Currently, only a default icon appears after installation of the package. The process is described in this forum thread: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=13143. Usable icon is present in the Thunderbird source tarball in /mozilla/other-licenses/branding/thunderbird/default.xpm. The second revision of mozilla-firefox-1.0.6 package already has this feature implemented. |
