Looks like this was changed (duh?) by upstream for some reason..

I suggest to move them back by hand or migrate the whole thing to /usr.

This change also breaks dhclient (not sure if this should be considered a separate bug):
/sbin/dhclient-script: line 127: /sbin/ifconfig: No such file or directory
