There isn't much information given in this bug report, so it's hard for us to know what exactly is the problem. My GPG key get's unlocked by gnome-keyring and stays that way.

Yes -- sorry I've been traveling. My password isn't working, even when I enter it directly. So something must have been corrupted. When gnome-keyring tried the stored password in my login keyring, and failed, it was removed. I supposed this is invalid.
