I installed the new cups and libcups packages, and now I'm not able to add my printer with the HTTP administration page. The problem occurs on the computer with the printer (Canon PIXMA iP4200) connected via USB as well as on my laptop without any printer connected.
I renamed my original cups config files and installed the untouched config - same result.

Browsing On
BrowseLocalProtocols dnssd
Try that.
Maybe there were some caching issues.
