Description:
There are some packages in [testing] that say they are 4.9 but the libraries have .so.4.8.0.
An example is kdepimlibs, I rebuild it locally and then it has the right so-number of .so.4.9.0.

Or shorter: all packages with pkgrel=1 have to be rebuild, those that have pgkrel=2 (kdepim group, and kdelibs) are fine.

KDE 4.9 packages have been built upon kdelibs 4.9.0-1, upstream forgot to bump library version[1] and released a new kdelibs tarball at the last minute.

There's no need of a rebuild since nothing I'm aware of links to the .so.4.8.0 files.
