Detailsgrip needs yelp to display its help "files" (i.e. when the buttons on the Help tab are clicked). Thus, yelp should be added as a dependency or, at least, there should be a .install file to echo that you need yelp to access the help.

I agree on your point that not everyone needs help. That's why I suggested a .install file. Of course, apps that display an "yelp not found" message don't need this .install file.
