Description:

I just upgraded GIMP from 2.6 to 2.8. Pacman did not find any dependencies that needed to be upgraded, but GIMP failed to launch because it could not find the correct version of libgegl. The gegl dependency should be versioned.

Steps to reproduce:

1. pacman -Sy gimp
2. gimp &
