Description:

incron.install should use -r option for 'useradd' and 'groupadd' commands:

This will put the created user/group id in the SYS_UID_MIN-SYS_UID_MAX range defined in /etc/login.defs
and keep the incron user from cluttering lists of actual users.

The changed lines should look like:
getent group incron > /dev/null || groupadd -r incron
getent passwd incron > /dev/null || useradd -r -c "Incron system" -g incron -s /bin/false -d /var/spool/incron incron
