Description:
I know this is a very very very rtf-bash-m bug for beginners and as Arch may have no beginners it's on very low priority.
As the topic sais, the variable declaration is wrong in the file /etc/conf.d/vboxweb .

Look at the $ after the commenting sharp of everything below VBOXWEB_LOGFILE...
