DetailsDescription:
"Win" Key can't be mapped as Meta/Hyper even set the "Meta is mapped to win keys" in the "Keyboard Layout Options" from gnome-control-center. Since GNOME upstream has some modify on the behavior of win key, shortcuts like "Super+r" will not work if Win key is mapped as Super, so I need to map win keys as meta/hyper. However even mapped the win key is still recognized as "Super" in shortcuts settings. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: [1]Open gnome-control-center, go to "Keyboard". [2]Open "Layout Settings" in Typing tab. [3]Open the options of the current layout. [4]In "Alt/Win key behavior", set "Meta is mapped to Win keys" or "Hyper is mapped to Win keys". [5]Go back the gnome-control-center -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts [6]Add a custom shortcuts using win keys like "Win+r" [7]The shortcut is still recognized as "Super+r" |
