Description:

Webmin requires perl-perl4-corelibs to be installed.

Additional info:
- Version: Webmin 1.590

Steps to reproduce:

- Install Webmin via pacman -S webmin, then try to do something (like add a system user) through the Webmin interface.
- You will get an error that can be resolved by simply installing perl-perl4-corelibs.
