The attached patch keeps the amount of lines I need to change in order to build a custom kernel (different name, different sources) to a minimum.

Mostly interesting to me as it makes it easier for me to merge changes.

It's fine since the preset file is installed as $pkgname.preset.

Can you apply a patch for lts series too, stock kernel is patched now.
