Description: sends SIGSEGV (Address boundary error) with every process.

Steps to reproduce:
Maybe update package to the newest version from github? https://github.com/opsengine/cpulimit

No we don't package git versions, that's just silly and introduces more bugs. Either get a patch or make the upstream dev release a new version

cpulimit author did not make any tags and downloads since may 2012, so I update it to git version. (too many changes for patching)
