Description:
'tis a very strange error. Cyrillic letter sha is printed intead of cyrillic shcha in gtk2 programs.

$ pacman -Q glib2 gtk2
glib2 2.32.4-1
gtk2 2.24.11-2

I attached helloworld.c with russian word "щука" on the button. But I see "шука" on screenshot.
