cryptsetup doesn't ship this file. There's no upstream standard. crypttab(5) belongs to systemd. The actual bug here is that it needs to belong to systemd-tools.

Sorry for assuming that. Can we re-categorize the task to systemd-tools or do we have to open a new one?
