Details
Description:
I think it would be great if /etc/grub.d/20_memtest86+ had a variable MEMTEST86_CMDLINE that could be set in /etc/default/grub. This would be useful for enabling serial console with memtest86+ using MEMTEST86_CONSOLE="console=ttyS0,115200". Additional info: * grub-common 2.00-1 * memtest86+ 4.20-2 |

Typo: MEMTEST86_CONSOLE="console=ttyS0,115200" should be
MEMTEST86_CMDLINE="console=ttyS0,115200".
Report this feature request to GRUB upstream.
Any progress?
It appears that file is provided by Arch, so not an upstream
issue.
See
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/33692#comment106218
for modified 60_memtest86+ file whic incorporates
GRUB_CMDLINE_MEMTEST86 option.
